Group bookings are possible by selecting 'add to cart' beside the date and time of the classes you wish to attend.
If you want to book for additional attendees on the same night simply choose the number of people using the plus and minus symbols.
My Yoga classes are suitable for all abilities, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I offer a supportive and inclusive environment where you can progress at your own pace.
Equipment
Students will need to bring their own Yoga mat.
What to wear
Choose clothing made from breathable fabrics such as cotton, bamboo, or synthetic materials designed for exercise that wick moisture away from your skin. This will help keep you comfortable and cool during your yoga practice. Look for clothing that is stretchy and form-fitting, but not too tight.
Medical conditions
Yoga can be beneficial for many people, including those with a variety of medical conditions. If you are unsure about any ongoing medical conditions or injuries we suggest you consult with your doctor.
